Promotion of Access to Information Act Manual

This manual has been prepared in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).

The purpose of PAIA is to promote transparency and allow individuals access to records held by public and private bodies, subject to certain limitations.

All United operates as a private body in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act.

This manual explains how requests for information can be made.

Information available without formal request

Certain information may be available without submitting a formal PAIA request.

This may include:

Records held by All United

Records maintained by All United may include:

  • client records

  • insurance policy documentation

  • financial records

  • regulatory compliance documentation

  • operational records

Some records may contain confidential or personal information and may only be released where permitted by law.

Request procedure

A person requesting access to information must submit a formal request in writing.

The request should include:

  • full contact details

  • description of the requested record

  • reason for requesting access

Complaints Resolution Procedure

Complaints Handling Process

At All United, we aim to provide professional service and fair treatment to every client.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise the issue with us so that we can address the matter promptly.

How to lodge a complaint

Complaints should be submitted in writing and should include:

  • policy number (if applicable)

  • description of the complaint

  • supporting documentation if available
